Contract manufacture at volume against your specification — dedicated campaigns, released batch records, and a supply plan that holds through the year.
Consistency, traceability and a schedule that survives contact with reality.
A production agreement has to absorb the things that genuinely vary: incoming raw material quality, seasonal availability, and the demand profile of the customer. It does that through specification-based incoming inspection rather than supplier trust, campaign scheduling rather than batch-by-batch reaction, and retained samples so that any question asked six months later can still be answered.
20–500
MT monthly capacity
Working range per campaign across the carbon and pigment lines.
Consistency is designed into the arrangement, not inspected in at the end.
The specification, the test methods and the release limits are agreed and frozen. Ambiguity here becomes a dispute at delivery, so nothing is left to convention.
First batches are made and tested against the specification, with the results reviewed jointly before routine supply is authorised.
Routine manufacture runs to schedule with in-process control at defined points, and any deviation is recorded and dispositioned rather than absorbed.
Each batch is released against its certificate of analysis, a sample is retained, and the material is packed and labelled to the agreed format.
The arrangement follows who owns the material and who owns the specification.
Scheduled runs · forecast based
Production scheduled in campaigns against an agreed forecast, which gives the lowest unit cost and the most consistent output within a run.
Customer material · our process
Activation, milling, blending, screening or packing performed on material the customer supplies, returned against an agreed specification.
To customer specification
Full manufacture to a customer-owned specification, with raw material sourcing, process control and release testing handled here.
These are agreed before the first campaign is scheduled.
The working range per campaign. Capacity is reserved against a forecast rather than allocated first-come, so committed volume is genuinely available.
Set by the changeover cost of the line involved. Smaller quantities are supplied from campaign stock where the product is a standing grade.
From order to dispatch for a scheduled product. Products requiring a dedicated campaign are planned against the agreed forecast instead.
Bags, big bags and bulk. The format is chosen for the receiving plant, since handling at the far end is a real cost.
Raw material lots, process parameters and release figures recorded per batch and archived, which is what makes traceability an answer rather than a claim.
A sample of every batch kept, so a question about material delivered months ago can be tested rather than debated.
It depends on the product and the changeover cost of the line it runs on. Standing grades can be supplied in single pallets from campaign stock; a dedicated campaign for a customer-specific product carries a minimum that is quoted with the specification.
By controlling incoming raw materials against a written specification rather than trusting the supplier, holding process parameters within a defined window, and releasing every batch against the same test methods and limits with a retained sample.
Yes. Contract manufacture to a customer-owned specification is a standard arrangement, with the specification frozen and change-controlled so that no revision is made without agreement on both sides.
Processing material the customer supplies — activation, milling, blending, screening or packing — and returning it against an agreed specification. The customer retains ownership of the material throughout, and the arrangement covers yield and loss allowances.
Typically two to six weeks for a scheduled product, and longer where a dedicated campaign or a specific raw material lot is required. Supply against a rolling forecast is what shortens this, because capacity is reserved rather than requested.
Send the specification, the annual volume and the pack format you need, and we will come back with capacity, lead time and the campaign plan behind it.
